A third housing sector for Luxembourg - emancipation of market and state in housing provision

On December 20th Céline Zimmer will publicly defend her doctoral dissertation, supervised by Prof. Florian Hertweck, Prof. Markus Miessen and Prof. Andreas Garkisch (Bauhaus-University Weimar). In her dissertation, "Ein dritter Wohnungssektor für Luxembourg – Emanzipation von Markt und Staat in der Wohnversorgung", she examines the agency of the third housing sector in Luxembourg as an alternative to the highly commodified private sector and the poorly represented public sector. Members of the jury are Prof. Christian Schulz (chair), and Prof. Tanja Herdt (OST Rapperswil).
