Following the first publication of The Great Repair project, which featured conversations and authored texts outlining the discourse around the questions of repair, care, and maintenance in the context of spatial practices, the second issue of the ARCH+ Journal, titled The Great Repair. A Catalogie of Practices, introduces projects and practices of repair by architects, artists, designers, and spatial practitioners, whose works have been featured in the exhibition of the project, held at Akademie der Künste Berlin between October and January 2023.
The Great Repair is a project developed between Akademie der Künste Berlin, ARCH+ gmbh, Department of Architecture, ETH Zurich, and Master in Architecture Programme, University of Luxembourg.
This issue is bi-lingual and published in German and English. Two team members of the Master in Architecture Programme, Florian Hertweck and Marija Maric, have served as members of editorial and curatorial team of the project.
